After logging in, you land on your home screen. It shows your Plastic Meter (current plastic at home), reward points, total recycled, your Citizen ID, and quick actions — Scan, Pickup, Rewards.
Tap "Scan" to add a plastic item. You can scan a barcode, search the product database by name/brand, or enter details manually. Each scan adds the product's plastic weight to your household inventory.
Tap "Pickup", enter the estimated plastic weight and types, choose a date and time slot (Morning / Afternoon / Evening), and confirm. A collection agent is assigned and a verification PIN is generated.
When the agent arrives, share your collection verification PIN. The agent weighs the plastic and confirms the pickup using the PIN. Status moves from Pending → Assigned → In Transit → Completed.
Completed collections earn reward points (based on verified plastic weight). Open "Rewards" to see your balance, transaction history, and redemption options — cashback, utility discounts, transport passes, shopping coupons, and more.
Visit the Leaderboard to see your rank among all citizens or within your ward/district, by total or monthly recycled plastic. Top recyclers earn badges — Green Citizen, Plastic Warrior, Eco Champion, Recycling Hero.
The bell icon on your home screen shows pickup status updates, reward credits, and redemption approvals so you never miss an update.
